By submitting this Vendor Application form I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that I must provide proof of Vendor Liability Insurance. I may upload it now or submit it before setting up at the fair. Failure to provide proof of insurance before setup will result in forfeiture of my vendor space without refund.
I understand that my deposit will be applied toward my total owed balance. However, if I do not provide an accurate measurement of the linear feet needed for my setup, I forfeit my deposit.
I agree to set up and operate my vendor booth for all five days of the fair (Tuesday-Saturday). Failure to set up AND operate for all 5 days will result in the deposit being forfeit and having to pay the full price without deposit being applied.
I understand that I am responsible for the full vendor fee, even if I do not open my booth on all scheduled days.
I acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Cherokee County Fair Board.
I understand that the Cherokee County Fair reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its discretion. Submission of this form does not guarantee vendor approval.
